South Carolina "clusters" are known for their buttery and salty flavor and are some of the most flavorful you will ever try! Cluster oysters grow wild in South Carolina, and we are fortunate to have them to enjoy. Clusters are delicious out of the shell because they grow right in the salt marshes. Growing in saltwater is what gives clusters their unique flavor. So try locals with our famous Low Country Shrimp Boil.

When is the oyster season in South Carolina? Before planning your event, you must ensure that the season is open for harvesting oysters. Harvesting season in Charleston, and all of South Carolina, is mainly during the months that contain the letter "R." This means that harvesting season will usually start in late September or early October and run through the end of April. Oysters reproduce over the Summer months and are not allowed to be harvested at that time.
Lowcountry Seafood is some of the best you will ever have.
We offer our catering service starting in mid-October and ending in mid-April.
Low Country Boil catering is available throughout the year.
